Dr Fransch is a Rural Generalist Senior Medical Officer working in a regional emergency department in north-east Victoria and holds postgraduate qualifications in allergy medicine. He is Deputy Director of Medical Student Education at the University of Melbourne Rural Clinical School (Wangaratta) and Emergency Medicine Clinical Lead for the Victorian Rural Generalist Program. Alongside his clinical expertise, Dr Fransch brings extensive lived experience as both a clinician and a carer in the management of allergic disease, giving him a strong understanding of the real-world impact allergies have on patients and families. He is committed to providing accessible, evidence-based allergy care for people across Australia, particularly those in rural and remote communities.
